The BAFTA Awards 2023 is a truly glamorous moment for all attendees, fashion-wise. This year’s awards ceremony, which celebrates the best of British film and television, featured multiple familiar faces, as was the case of Prince William and Princess Kate, who made their triumphant return to the ceremony for the first time since 2020. As for the winners, “All Quiet on the Western Front” dominated the BAFTA Awards with a record seven wins, including Best Director, Best Picture and Best Non-English Language Film. The night’s top acting awards went to Cate Blanchett and Austin Butler for their respective roles in “Tár” and “Elvis.”

Meanwhile, from Hollywood, A-listers such as Florence Pugh, Cate Blanchett and Julianne Moore offered a fashion frenzy on the red carpet, wearing dazzling jewellery and designer gowns. Tulle, feathers and lace were among the most popular trends, as stars arrived both in vibrant hues and elegant neutrals. Pugh was hard to miss in a custom tangerine Nina Ricci by Harris Reed gown, while Anya Taylor-Joy had a big fashion moment in a gold two-piece Schiaparelli look that included a mini dress and hooded cape.

Fitted to her figure, it boasted a sweet ruffle detail on the bodice. She accessorized the look with her brown hair down in soft waves and a contrasting red lipstick to finish.

For the occasion, she opted for a bright orange, sheer, form-fitting Nina Ricci gown, with a tulle bustier, designed by Harris Reed. The royal couple attended the EE BAFTA Film Awards 2023 at The Royal Festival Hall on February 19, marking their debut at the event as the Prince and Princess of Wales.
